Key Responsibilities of the Human Resource Manager

• Lead HR Operations team in managing the employee life cycle, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.

• Oversee onboarding, personnel records, HRIS data entry, and compliance documentation.

• Supervise staff, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of responsibilities.

• Collaborate with internal teams on payroll, transfers, and employee data updates.

• Maintain data privacy and respond to employee and management inquiries.

• Support the development of HR systems, policies, and process improvements.

• Participate in special projects and organizational initiatives.

Qualifications of the Human Resource Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

• 5+ years HR experience, including 2+ in a supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and best practices.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR databases.
