Wealth Management Associate

About our client:

• Our client is a boutique investment management firm located in Manhattan. They are working with high-net worth individuals and have been in business approximately 20 years.
• They’re looking for a results driven administrative professional to join the team to support its Founder
• This role is a great stepping stone for someone who would like to get in to the Financial Planning space.
• Great atmosphere, great time to start as the company is growing and provides lots of room to learn other aspects of the business.

Responsibilities will include:

• Client Services –
  • Manage incoming request from high-net-worth clientele
  • Open Accounts
  • Retirement account questions
• Assist the owner with managing and administering the portfolio accounts
• Keep the Founder on track.
  • flag urgent matters,
  • assist with keeping him organized
  • Screen calls
• Maintaining Licenses and keep records on compliance matters
• Liaise with insurance companies regarding policy matters
• Update spreadsheets in Excel as requested
• Other ad hoc tasks as may be assigned.

What you bring to the role:

• 2+ years of supporting a C-Suite or office.
• Exposure to various online tools such as Charles Schwab or Salesforce is a plus
• Looking for a candidate who has interest in financial planning and has an outgoing personality
