Human Resources Coordinator
Are you a proactive HR professional with a passion for healthcare? Join our dedicated team at Briarcliff Manor Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care as a Temporary Human Resources Coordinator and help foster a supportive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day HR functions, including employee relations, morale programs, disciplinary processes, payroll changes, and terminations.

Manage benefits administration, I-9 verification, workers’ compensation, and FMLA coordination.

Ensure full compliance with all Department of Health regulations.

Coordinate and execute recruitment efforts—identify staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and conduct interviews.
Requirements:

At least 1 year of HR experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or healthcare environment.

Knowledge of union environments is a plus.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling sensitive situations professionally.
