Compensation: $60,000-$75,000 depending on experience.

- Manages payroll using Paychex Flex and Time & Attendance, maintaining employee records and coordinating with HR and supervisors to ensure accurate data, PTO, and labor distributions.
- Oversees Accounts Payable, including invoice approvals, online payments, and coding in QuickBooks.
- Coordinates weekly box office reporting and serves as A/P liaison to film distributors.
- Handles daily finance operations: revenue posting (Tessitura/Adyen), bank deposits, reconciliations, and G/L entries.
- Collaborates with Development to verify contribution revenue documentation.
- Administers American Express program, including monthly statement processing and G/L posting.
- Prepares audit reports and supports month/year-end close, including reconciliations, journal entries, and annual filings (1099s, taxes, insurance).
- Provides on-site financial support to staff as needed.
- 3+ years of experience in payroll and accounts payable.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Experience with a non-profit organization is a plus.
