Junior Accountant

Our client, a growing organization, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their accounting skills in a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily accounting operations, including data entry and general ledger maintenance

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

• Reconcile bank statements and credit card activity

• Support month-end and year-end close processes

• Help prepare financial reports and assist with audits as needed

• Maintain organized and accurate financial records

• Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or pursuing degree)

• 0–2 years of accounting experience or relevant internship experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Eagerness to learn and grow within an accounting role

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
