HR Assistant / Receptionist
A well-established organization in Yonkers, NY is seeking a professional and personable HR Assistant / Receptionist to support day-to-day HR and front desk operations. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and direct visitors, answer phones, and manage incoming inquiries

Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, scheduling, and data entry

Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records

Help coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates

Track attendance and assist with timekeeping system

Support various HR projects as needed
Qualifications:

1–2 years of administrative or HR support experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
