Accounting Manager
Salary: $85,000 to $100,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:

Supervise and mentor accounting staff, including AP/AR and staff accountants
-
Coordinate daily operations and ensure timely month-end and year-end closes
-
Prepare and review monthly financial statements and internal reporting packages

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA a plus)

Experience: 5+ years in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

Location: On-site - Akron, Ohio (Monday through Friday)
