Job Title: Director of Billing and Collections

Location: Hybrid near Akron

Schedule: Monday - Friday Director of Billing and Collections

Salary: $180,000 to $230,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (Director of Billing and Collections): Director of Billing and Collections

• Oversee all billing and collections operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with client requirements
• Develop and implement standardized billing procedures and workflows across teams and systems
• Collaborate with practice leaders and internal stakeholders to resolve billing issues and improve client experience
• Analyze billing trends, collection performance, and aging reports to optimize cash flow and AR performance

Qualifications (Director of Billing and Collections):

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree
• Progressive billing and AR experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role within professional services
