Job title: Payroll Manager
Location: On-site with Flexible Scheduling | Akron, Ohio
Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 base (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities (Payroll Manager):
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multi-state employee population
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Partner with HR on benefits deductions, new hires, and terminations
- Drive payroll system optimization, automation, and process efficiency
- Support audits, reconciliations, and reporting requirements
Qualifications (Payroll Manager):
- 5+ years of payroll experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or manager role
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and multi-state compliance requirements
- Experience with payroll systems (ADP, Paycom, or similar) and Excel proficiency
