Job Description:
Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Hybrid (Akron, OH)
Salary: $70,000–$80,000 based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee month-end and year-end close process, financial reporting, and payroll accounting
- Manage payroll and accrual accounting processes, including medical accruals
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements in compliance with GAAP
- Monitor month-end close and variance analysis across business units
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audit cycles
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 4+ years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.); experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is preferred
