Job title: Human Resource General Manager

Location: On-site with Hybrid Flexibility | Canton, OH

Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 base salary (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities (Human Resource General Manager):

• Lead employee relations, talent development, compliance, and workforce planning
• Partner with executives to define and deliver strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Oversee recruitment, retention, and employee onboarding
• Champion company-wide culture initiatives regarding engagement, and recognition
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain consistency

Qualifications (Human Resource General Manager):

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with leadership responsibility across multiple HR functions
• Strong ability to align HR programs with organizational objectives
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (advanced certifications preferred but not required)
