Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general ledger (GL) account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Verify, post, and reconcile transactions across various accounts.
• Process job cost transfers and ensure proper allocation.
• Support the month-end close process, including preparing journal entries and financial reports.
• Assist with financial reporting and analysis to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on GL functions and month-end close (MEC).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, and complex formulas).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
