SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST
We are working with a leading manufacturing company seeking a strategic Senior Financial Analyst to drive business performance through data-driven insights. They offer a flexible hybrid work environment and a culture focused on innovation and professional growth.
Position Overview: As the Senior Financial Analyst, you'll partner with leadership to provide strategic financial analysis, forecasting, and business recommendations that impact decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Analyze manufacturing costs, margins, and operational KPIs
- Develop executive-level presentations and reports
- Partner with operations to identify cost savings opportunities
- Support strategic initiatives and capital investment decisions
- Manage monthly/quarterly business performance reviews
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience, manufacturing preferred
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with ERP systems and BI tools
- Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
