Job Title: Property Accountant
Location: On-site Downtown Cleveland, Ohio
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Salary: $85,000-$100,000

Key Responsibilities (Property Accountant): Property Accountant
- Prepare and analyze property level financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
- Lead year-end audits and common area maintenance (CAM) reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for property managers and senior leadership
Qualifications (Property Accountant): Property Accountant
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 7+ years of accounting experience in the property accounting or real estate industry preferred
