Salary: $145,000–$160,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities of the Tax Manager:

• Tax Compliance & Filing: Oversee the preparation, filing, and timely submission of various tax returns and payments for both the organization and clients.

• Team Leadership: Lead and develop the Tax team, providing guidance and support for ongoing professional growth.

• Collaboration: Work closely with external partners to gather necessary tax-related information and resolve issues.

• Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed on tax law changes, ensuring proper integration and application within internal systems.

Preferred Qualifications of the Ta Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

• CPA certification

• 8+ years of public accounting experience

• Experience with Trust and Partnership taxation

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $145,000–$160,000 depending on experience
