Job Description:
HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST
Established client is seeking support of an Human Resources Specialist to assist with recruiting, onboarding activities, and employee relations.
Salary is $65-$80k
ABOUT THE COMPANY
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST:
- The Human Resources Specialist will spearhead full-cycle recruiting efforts;
- The Human Resources Specialist will post jobs, review resumes and schedule applicants, and perform reference checks
- Handle employee relations and verify employment
- Field Benefits questions and handle updates for Paycom
- Support other HR functions, as needed
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST:
- The Human Resources Specialist must have experience with all aspects of recruiting and using an ATS
- A "can-do" attitude and enthusiasm for people is a must for this role
- 3-5 years experience leading HR Functions
Salary is $65-$80k. This is a Hybrid position.
