Our client, is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivables and Revenue Management professional to join their organization. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring accurate financial data and supporting key operational processes. This individual will have the opportunity to engage and collaborate across various departments within the organization, fostering cross-functional partnerships. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule with the expectation of working Monday through Friday, standard business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the analysis and reporting of accounts receivable data to ensure precise invoicing and financial accuracy.

• Apply cash and credits to customer accounts efficiently, maintaining accurate records.

• Perform thorough reconciliations using customer portals and internal systems.

• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, reports, and account reconciliations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to classify and resolve customer deductions related to marketing, promotions, and development programs.

• Investigate customer compliance deductions and recommend solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Assess and recommend enhancements to quote-to-cash processes for operational efficiency.

• Utilize financial tools and techniques to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

• Ideally 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable management and/or related accounting experience.

• Solid knowledge of revenue recognition principles.

• Experience working with ERP systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively.
