Job Description:
Excited to partner with our client in Delaware, Ohio. This organization in the Central Ohio area is seeking an experienced Cost Accountant. Bring your experience with standard cost accounting processes to an engaged and friendly team to make an impact!

- Develop and maintain standard costing systems
- Monitor inventory valuation and overhead allocation for all manufactured parts
- Identify cost-saving opportunities
- Conduct and create cost models that make sense
- Support pricing decisions with cost data
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- 5+ years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- Knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, team player
