Overview:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join their growing finance team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a solid foundation in accounting and financial operations while contributing to a collaborative and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledgers.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
- Assist with audits and tax filings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 2 years of accounting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
