ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST
Our client is seeking a motivated individual to join their Accounting Team as an Accounts Payable Specialist to assist with current workload and support the team with a reporting/analytics project. Salary is $50-$58k, DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST:
- The Accounts Payable Specialist will organize payables invoices and match them with purchase orders to create PO receipts
- The Accounts Payable Specialist will process invoices into the accounting system, GL code for entities, and submit
- Pull reporting from dashboard and analyze against KPIs
- Own a project evaluating specific inputs on payables and provide thorough documentation
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST ROLE:
- Must have experience with full-cycle AP and strong vendor relationship management
- Prior experience with reporting and analyzing payables
- Must be computer-savvy and pick up quickly on new software
- Experience with ERP and bank reconciliations is a plus, but not a must
