E-Commerce Specialist Job Summary

As an e-commerce specialist, you’ll manage and optimize active listings on the 1 Party Vendor accounts, contributing to the success of a team where talent and teamwork matter most. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the e-commerce catalog across multiple platforms through integrations.
  • Collaborate with creative, merchandising, IT/Dev, and production teams to implement listing strategies and enhance workflows
  • Perform daily audits of account listings with a focus on accuracy, brand compliance, and error resolution.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues while maintaining technical compliance for accounts like Amazon and Walmart Seller Central.
  • Monitor customer feedback and remove inaccurate feedback to uphold account credibility.
  • Report on the performance of sponsored product ads and provide insights to account managers (ad creation not required).
  • Stay informed of current e-commerce trends and consumer behavior to provide recommendations for improving the customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, OR 2+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce.
  • Expertise in Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Central, Shopify, and/or Ebay
  • Thorough understanding of e-commerce product listings, organic SEO, paid ads, and product data feeds.
  • A resourceful problem-solver with a proactive approach to finding solutions independently.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to become an in-house e-commerce expert.
    Bonus: Experience in the apparel industry or proficiency with tools like Channel Advisor or SQL.
