Part-Time Admin Assistant

Responsibilities of the Part-Time Admin Assistant
  • Answer and direct phone calls; greet and assist clients in a professional manner

  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for attorneys

  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Perform data entry and maintain case management systems

  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and time entry as needed

  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory

  • Other administrative duties as assigned by attorneys or office manager

Preferred Qualifications of the Part-Time Admin Assistant

  • Prior administrative or legal office experience preferred

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus

  • Professional demeanor and client-focused attitude

The Part-Time Admin Assistant role is fully onsite in Shaker Heights, OH with a salary range of $20,000 - $22,880 depending on experience.
