Accounting Specialist
Location: Stow, OH
Job Description:
ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST:
The client is looking to bring on an innovative, self-starting Accounting Specialist. Employees love the work environment, and most have long tenure there. They offer excellent benefits and love to promote from within.
Responsibilities of the Accounting Specialist:
- Answer calls and emails regarding billing questions and issues
- Process monthly billing, autopay, and apply late fees and discounts as needed
- Authorize daily deposits, reconcile, and post in accounting system
- Prepares & process refunds
- Management of collection process and collection reporting
- Asist with month and year end close
- Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications of the Accounting Specialist:
- 3+ years' accounting experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
- QuickBooks experience
The Accounting Specialist role is fully onsite in Stow, OH with a salary of $40,000 - $52,000 depending on experience.
