Sourcing and Contracts Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sourcing & Contracts Manager to lead procurement and contract management. This role ensures sourcing strategies align with business goals while maintaining compliance and optimizing vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, negotiate, and manage IT contracts, including MCAs, MSSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and POs.

Ensure contract compliance with policies, regulations, and legal requirements.

Oversee contract red-lining and RFP responses for government clients.

Lead sourcing initiatives, vendor selection, and procurement negotiations.

Collaborate cross-functionally to drive cost-effective procurement strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years in IT sourcing, procurement, and contract management.

Strong knowledge of contract law, negotiation, and IT procurement best practices.

Experience managing RFPs and government contracts.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Advanced Excel proficiency.
Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, IT, or related field.

CPSM, CIPS, PMP, or Agiloft certification is a plus.
