Pricing Manager
Location: Hybrid role in Columbus, OH
Salary: $120,000–$145,000

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and lead pricing strategies for hourly professional services (e.g., attorneys, consultants)
- Analyze and report on the financial impact of pricing decisions using Power BI and Excel
- Own the annual rate-setting process, ensuring consistency and alignment across departments
- Collaborate with leadership to communicate pricing insights and advocate for strategic decisions
- Create compelling data stories that support business goals and client satisfaction
- Navigate internal approval processes with confidence and clarity
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of pricing experience in a professional services environment (legal, accounting, consulting, architecture, etc.)
- Proven expertise in hourly rate setting and people-based pricing models
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data simply
- Strategic mindset with business acumen and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, or Economics preferred)
