Job Title: Accounting Manager
Location: Fairview, Oregon
Salary: $100,000–$130,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee grant accounting and compliance for federal, state, and private funding sources

• Prepare grant claims, journal entries, labor distributions, and reconciliation reports

• Monitor fund usage, ensure timely and accurate reporting, and support audits

• Collaborate with program managers to align budgets with narrative spending plans

• Maintain internal controls, review contracts, and monitor adherence to fiscal policies

• Support general ledger functions including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting

• Supervise and mentor accounting support staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including fund or grant accounting

• Strong understanding of federal grant compliance and reporting requirements

• Familiarity with internal controls, audits, and governmental fund structures is a plus
