Our client is a great non-profit in NE Portland currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable / Data Entry Clerk to join their team. This is a dynamic role offering a balance between accounts payable (AP) responsibilities and audit data entry. Overview of the role: Accounts Payable / Data Entry
- Review and verify the accuracy of 350 different codes to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Accurately enter invoice numbers, double-check amounts, and cross-reference with lease agreements.
- Validate contact information against W9 forms and other supporting documents.
- Review and analyze information for audit preparation.
- Make necessary adjustments to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Preferred Qualifications for the role: Accounts Payable / Data Entry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in data entry and working with various accounting systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
