Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable Specialist
- Process a high volume of invoices, ensuring accurate coding, approvals, and timely payments
- Research and resolve vendor account discrepancies, providing proactive solutions
- Review vendor terms to ensure cost-effective and efficient payment processes
- Collaborate with other divisions, subsidiaries, and related companies regarding invoices and payments
- Maintain organized, accurate accounts payable records in accordance with company policies
Preferred Qualifications: Accounts Payable Specialist
- Basic accounting coursework and/or prior accounts payable experience
- Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills with a professional approach to working with vendors and colleagues
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Salary: $50,000 - $56,000
