Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable Assistant

• Provide support to the Accounts Payable Specialist, including monitoring the AP inbox and sorting, responding to, or forwarding messages as appropriate
• Prepare billing statements by accurately matching vendor statements to corresponding invoices
• Communicate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies in billing or documentation
• Offer backup coverage for incoming phone calls, routing calls and taking messages as needed

Preferred Qualifications: Accounts Payable Assistant

• Basic understanding of the accounts payable process and general office administration
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team environment
