OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

• Analyze profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and variances to provide insights into financial performance.
• Manage and improve cost accounting processes, ensuring accuracy in inventory valuation and cost controls.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, focusing on cost accounting adjustments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine financial reporting and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, variance analysis, and cost reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced setting.
