Bookkeeper
Location: Greensburg, PA | Schedule: Full-time | On-site

Our client, a local CPA firm, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys payroll and tax support work in a professional environment that values work/life balance.

Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper:

• Process weekly multi-state payroll for clients, including benefit deductions and special earnings

• Prepare and file W-2s, 941s, and other payroll tax forms

• Organize and assemble completed tax return packages for delivery to clients

• Maintain accurate records and support payroll compliance across various client accounts

What We’re Looking For in a Bookkeeper:

• Previous payroll experience strongly preferred

• QuickBooks experience a plus

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• No degree required—relevant experience is what matters
