Bookkeeper
Greensburg, PA – Hybrid
$20–$25/hour

What You’ll Do as the Bookkeeper:

• Provide bookkeeping support for multiple clients using Accounting CS

• The Bookkeeper will process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payrolls

• Prepare payroll tax filings and stay on top of compliance deadlines

• The Bookkeeper will reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts

• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with report preparation

• Support CPAs with year-end reporting and special projects

What You Bring as the Bookkeeper:

• 3+ years of bookkeeping and payroll experience, preferably in a public accounting or client-service setting

• Experience with payroll software and strong understanding of payroll processes

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting a plus
