Bookkeeper
Location: Greensburg, PA (Hybrid)
Pay: $20–$25/hour

What You’ll Be Doing As The Bookkeeper:

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients using Accounting CS

• The Bookkeeper will process payroll on weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly schedules

• Manage payroll tax filings and ensure compliance with all regulations

• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts

• The Bookkeeper will prepare accurate financial reports and assist with quarterly/year-end filings

• Support CPAs and accounting staff during peak seasons

What We’re Looking For In A Bookkeeper:

• 3+ years of bookkeeping and payroll experience, preferably in a public accounting or multi-client setting

• Experience with payroll platforms and accounting software

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
