Location: Greensburg, PA
Compensation: $21–$25/hour

What You’ll Do As The Payroll Administrator:

• Manage full-cycle payroll for a portfolio of clients using QuickBooks

• The Payroll Administrator will ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations

• Process new hires, terminations, payroll adjustments, and garnishments

• The Payroll Administrator will maintain accurate records and generate payroll reports

• Respond to client questions and resolve payroll-related issues

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of payroll experience (multi-client or client-facing experience a plus)

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Payroll

• Strong attention to detail and deadline management

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
