We’re hiring a Senior Accountant to act as a trusted advisor, functioning as an “outsourced controller” by managing day-to-day accounting needs and providing high-level financial insights. OVERVIEW OF THE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT ROLE:

• Serve as a hands-on accounting partner for multiple clients
• Oversee full-cycle accounting functions including GL, financial reporting, and reconciliations
• Act as an outsourced controller for small to mid-size businesses
• Collaborate with clients to provide strategic financial insights
• Support tax and audit teams as needed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA or CPA track preferred
• 3+ years in public accounting or 3+ years of direct client servicing in an outsourced or consulting environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple client relationships
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with cloud-based accounting platforms
