Our repeat client, a leading and continuously growing chemical manufacturer headquartered in Hanover, PA, is seeking a talented Staff Accountant to join their thriving team.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with month-end close activities and financial analysis

• Prepare journal entries and conduct monthly account reconciliations

• Support quarterly and year-end audits

• Prepare quarterly financial analysis and reporting

• Maintain confidentiality and uphold high ethical standards

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution

• At least 2 years of hands-on accounting experience

• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and related reporting standards

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and accounting software

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong initiative, organizational skills, and time management abilities
