Accounting Assistant | On-Site – North Wales, PA | Entry-Level

CFS is partnering with a rapidly growing $100M manufacturing firm to hire an Accounting Assistant for their lean and dynamic team. If you’re a 2024 or 2025 accounting grad looking for real exposure, this is your chance to jump into the field and work directly under seasoned Controllers.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist the AP/AR team with backup and reporting
• Review contracts and follow internal documentation processes
• Download and organize financial data in Excel
• Support fiscal year-end activities and bank audit prep
• Get full training in company accounting systems and workflows
• Contribute to special projects directly from the Controller

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting from a U.S.-based school (Class of 2024 or 2025)
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Strong Excel and communication skills
• Commute to North Wales, PA within 45 minutes - 1 hour
• Eager to learn, proactive, and team-oriented
