Position: Sales Financial Analyst

In office Requirement: Hybrid (3 days/week)

Salary: $90,000-$95,000 + bonus

The Sales Financial Analyst’s responsibilities include:

• Support pricing strategy development for new products and customer proposals by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams.
• Assist in managing trade spend through reporting, controls, and providing insights to Sales for effective decision-making.
• Develop tools and reports to analyze key performance drivers such as volume, mix, pricing, and cost at customer and SKU levels.
• Conduct margin and efficiency analyses to identify revenue opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes by providing pricing and trade inputs and validating outputs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning, pricing, or sales finance, preferably within the consumer goods industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial tools such as Tableau, JDE, Hyperion, or Anaplan
