Key Responsibilities for Accountant Role:
• Process accounts payable invoices and generate accounts receivable invoices.
• The Accountant will manage fixed assets and travel expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• The Accountant will assist with project-based accounting tasks and support special initiatives.
• Prepare account reconciliations and reports for year-end close.
• Collaborate with department managers to develop budget reports and deliver financial insights.
Preferred Qualifications for Accountant Role:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
✔️ Prior experience in general ledger or similar accounting functions
✔️ Strong proficiency in Excel (intermediate level)
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔️ Ability to work independently and within a team setting
