Accounting Assistant / Bookkeeper
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Pay Rate: $24 – $27 per hour
Schedule: On-site with flexible work hours (7:30–4:00 or 8:30–5:00)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounts payable and receivable activities (invoicing not required)

• Reconcile daily cash transactions and monitor payments

• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Desktop (Pro or Enterprise)

• Assist with internal reporting and spreadsheet maintenance

• Support inventory tracking and month-end close procedures

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Accounting or equivalent practical experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting support

• Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and skilled in Microsoft Excel
