Key Responsibilities:
• Handle daily accounts payable and receivable tasks (no invoicing duties required)
• Reconcile daily cash transactions and monitor incoming/outgoing payments
• Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks Desktop (Pro or Enterprise versions)
• Assist in preparing internal reports and managing Excel spreadsheets
• Support inventory oversight and month-end close activities

Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree in Accounting or equivalent hands-on experience
• 2+ years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting support role
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and solid Excel skills
