ACCOUNTING CLERK

$50,000-$60,000

OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTING CLERK ROLE:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

• Reconcile vendor statements and assist in resolving discrepancies

• Maintain and update vendor records

• Assist with invoice preparation and billing

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail related to accounting

• Answer phones and route calls or take messages

• Provide general administrative support to the office, including filing, scanning, and data entry

• Assist with other accounting and office duties as assigned

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration

• Experience with accounting software is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
