Accounts Payable Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Review invoices for accuracy and ensure proper documentation and approvals

• Prioritize payments based on vendor terms and available discounts

• Process AP transactions, reconcile accounts, and generate checks

• Respond to vendor inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain clear records

• Manage AP reports, files, spreadsheets, and support month-end processes

• Perform credit card audits and assist with general departmental tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of recent AP experience in a corporate setting

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems

• Basic to intermediate Excel skills

• Associate degree preferred but not required

Job Details:

• Full-time, fully onsite
