Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Coordinator

• Process lease renewals and collect tenant rent

• The AR Coordinator will manage accounts receivable for move-ins and move-outs

• Mail copies of renewed leases to tenants

• Handle subsidy billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies with supervisor guidance

• The AR Coordinator will process security deposit refunds

• Prepare lease expiration and vacancy reports

Preferred qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Coordinator

• 2+ years of relevant accounting or accounts receivable experience

• 2–5 years of real estate experience preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is a plus, but experience may be considered over formal education
