Overview of the Accounts Receivable Specialist role

Receive customer payments and apply receipt transactions into the SAGE accounting system

The AR Specialist will assist clients and field teams with AR-related questions

Analyze open accounts receivable and determine proactive collection actions as needed

The AR Specialist will issue, validate, and prepare monthly AR statements for mailing or emailing to clients
Preferred qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist role

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (a plus)

1–2 years of AR or general accounting experience
