Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)
Compensation: $180,000–$220,000 + 20% Bonus + Unlimited PTO

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Lead and manage all core accounting functions: GL, AP, AR, payroll, and reporting

Oversee and enforce revenue recognition policies in line with ASC 606
-
Drive the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness

Collaborate across departments to integrate tech solutions that enhance financial workflows

Deliver strategic reporting and insights to executive leadership

Ensure full compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory standards

Coach and develop a strong accounting team, promoting a high-performance culture
What We’re Looking For:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
-
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 7+ years in leadership roles
-
Deep understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition standards

Experience in manufacturing or a tech-enabled business environment is a strong plus

Proven track record of managing or implementing ERP systems

Strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a hands-on leadership style
