Payroll Analyst
$40/hr+

About the Company and Opportunity:

• Our client is a global leader in the oil and gas industry.

• This is a fully remote opportunity with a competitive hourly rate.

Responsibilities of the Payroll Analyst:

• The Payroll Analyst will partner with the certified payroll lead on specialized payroll tasks.

• Process certified payroll for 10–15 sites, including locations in CA, WA, and NY.

• The Payroll Analyst will ensure compliance with payroll requirements and deadlines.

• The Payroll Analyst will maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.

• Communicate regularly with the operations team to resolve payroll issues.

Preferred Qualifications for Payroll Analyst Role:

• Experience with certified payroll and payroll tax is strongly preferred

• Familiarity with UKG (UltiPro) is a plus

• Proficient in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
