Title: Payroll Manager

Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 + Bonus

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (parking included)

Schedule: Hybrid – 4 days in-office, 1 day remote (flexible)

This Payroll Manager role is ideal for someone who’s confident with tax, knows the ins and outs of both hourly and salaried payrolls, and is either fluent in UKG (or eager to learn it). Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle multi-state payroll for both hourly and salaried employees

• Serve as the point-of-contact for all payroll tax matters, ensuring compliance and accuracy

• Oversee one payroll processor; provide guidance and review as needed

• Manage and maintain relationships with payroll vendors (especially UKG – training provided if needed)

• Continuously improve payroll processes to increase accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of payroll experience, including tax and multi-state payroll

• Experience with payroll software (UKG preferred, but training available)

• Supervisory experience not required — reviewing and validating payroll is just fine
