Payroll Specialist

Our client, a well-established organization, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support their payroll operations during a critical system conversion. If you are detail-oriented, experienced with UKG platforms, and ready to jump into a fast-paced environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist with end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Help with data clean-up, validation, and troubleshooting as the company transitions payroll platforms.

• Support the HRIS and payroll teams in testing, audits, and parallel runs related to the UKG implementation.

• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies during the conversion.

• Provide general payroll support including payroll inquiries, reporting, and compliance assistance.

What You Need to Bring:

• Strong experience working with UKG payroll systems is required.

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience.

• Previous exposure to system conversions, parallel testing, or implementation support is a plus!
