Key Responsibilities as the Senior Accountant:

• Lead and support month-end and year-end close activities

• The Senior Accountant will maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate journal entries

• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and analyze variances

• The Senior Accountant will assist with fixed asset tracking and inventory accounting

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and the preparation of financial statements

• Partner with external auditors during year-end audits

• The Senior Accountant will identify and implement process improvements within the accounting function

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• 3+ years of accounting experience (public or corporate)

• Manufacturing or cost accounting experience is a plus

• Strong Excel and ERP system skills
